Full Rental Relocation Option - £2500

- Provides an indication of rental levels in different areas with direct reference to your budget
- Previewing of properties (up to 10 max)
- Up to one day's orientation and accompanied viewings (additional days of accompanied viewings: £500 per day)
- Negotiation of terms of the offer with the Agent
- Negotiation of tenancy agreement on your behalf
- Monitoring paperwork through to exchange of documentation
- Organisation of inventory check
- Organisation of transfer of utilities
- Constant liaison and progress updates during entire relocation
Departure Services - £550

- Thorough check of Inventory reports
- Negotiate and agree dilapidation costs enabling return of your deposit

- For a little extra cost, we can also help you with arranging removal services, supervising packing and anything else to make your departure easier. We'll even handle the key transfer if you need us to
