Lawlor Property Management was set up by Carmel and Jane Lawlor in 1998. Having made the transition from Dublin to London themselves they both developed careers in international banking and having been expatriates themselves for a number of years they felt well qualified to offer a service that is both unique and personal. A qualified accountant, Jane worked in Investment banking for 11 years before leaving to set up Lawlor Property Management. Having worked in Sydney, Hong Kong, New York and Perth as an expatriate Jane and Carmel gained extensive and valuable experience which now enables them to relate to customer needs. This experience coupled with their knowledge of management and motivational needs led to Lawlor Property Management tendering and wining a contract for one of the largest investment banks in the city in 2001.

Angela Smith is The Sales Manager and has been in residential sales and lettings for over 11 years in Central London so she not only has a wealth of knowledge of the property market in Central London but is an invaluable member of the team providing her expertise advise for our very valued Landlords as well as in-depth knowledge she passes on to investors. Having worked in just about every department of the residential sales and lettings business, she has the background to take the company forward successfully into the future.
